Stunning bird, as ugly as sin though, never been this close to one before they always seem to fly early, we slowly drifted the boat along side this bird on the Zuari River. Goa 2014

Never done well with this species always distant, seen on the Zuari River trip two birds feeding on mud edge, an even more distant bird seen at Carambolin sat on a bush. Goa February 2010
