A good record for reserve, though seen every year since the first in March 1989 this in my first since 29th March 2006. Very distant and only present for half an hour, i found it with my first scan through the Gulls, no sign all day though of the Adult Mediterranean Gull.

BOULTHAM MERE
A stunning week so far, two seperate Little Gulls, a Buzzard and an Oystercatcher then this spanking Kittiwake, it flew in at 9.45am and landed out on the lake with black heads untill 10.10am when it flew off north east.
