SPOTTED CRAKE

Flushed from a wet field 20 yards from the from the bird seen three days ago, so no doubt the same one, flew from the field over a reedy dyke and apperead to go down the other side, i ran round and found it feeding under Pommy trees, it was very dark under there so i was pleased with these images even though they are well tarted up,a first for the area, i have birded this site for two weeks at a time for the last seven years.
