We arrived at 8.00am all the Coots and a few ducks were in a large group at the far end, we sat till 9.30am without seeing anything, we then decided to walk to the bottom corner, as we got near the bench an Osprey flew from a tree and out the back, i ran back to the hide, no sign, over the steps i caught a glimpse of it going up the drain i ran round but it had flown onto the lake, i ran back and managed to get these shots of its arse as it flew off, we watched it distantly for several minutes over Swanpool wood before it turned and drifted off west.
