Olive Backed Pipit

Derby Avenue Skegness Lincolnshire
We waited outside the garden at first light, the owner then came and let us in the first birders in climbed the fence at the back of the garden, saw the pipit and flushed it, we waited several hours but did not see it, we then went upto Saltfleet were we saw two Pallas's Warblers and a Firecrest, the Sardinian Warbler was still at North Parade, we then left as no further sign of Pipit, we drove to Toft Diver still showing well, at 4.00pm Andy Simms rang Pipit back we arrived at 5.15pm and had stunning views till dark, a lifer for most in the County.
