EURASIAN GOLDEN PLOVER

First ones of this winter period over Boultham Mere, Bittern showed today preening in reeds along railside, it was reported in October but not since despite searching, hopefully it will now stay into the new year

Two birds in trees around the Doddo area, very distant across the fields.
