Boultham Mere
A Juv and the same bird we found over two weeks ago here, We had only been in the hide for a few minutes when all the ducks took to the air, i looked up and there was the Osprey, it started to circle the lake i took a few pictures then i came out of the hide to get a better view as it was distant, but as i did that the Osprey dived.

As i left the hide to get a better angle the Osprey had already hit the water and caught a fish on its first attempt, i managed to get these as it left the water turned the fish and headed off south.

The Osprey climbed above the trees after turning the fish and headed off the pit towards the south.

we came out of the hide, the Osprey had turned and was now heading North across the fields towards the Foss.

Huttoft, on the beach, couple of Black terns and a few Arctic Skuas being the hightlight this morning.

Stunning birds, upto three over the pit this afternoon, hunting Dragonflies.
