Ring Billed Gull

WESTCLIFF ON SEA SOUTHEND
Found immediatly on arrival sat on the sea with at least eleven Med gulls and loads of Common and Black Heads, pictures taken against the sun but turned out quite well, i also threw it some bread and it virtually landed at my feet, awesome bird.

took some finding but eventually located behind an island with loads of Ruddy Ducks

Present around Skewbridge tip since 27th December, very flighty with several horses running around flushing them all the time.

Iceland Gull

Found by Dean Nikholson this afternoon, Photos by Dean Eades, many thanks to both, 4th reserve record showed well stood on a raft in front of hide allowing several birders the chance to see it, a large bird for iceland probably the biggest one i have seen
