CORFU OCTOBER 2009

We had two weeks on the island but not for birding,migration was poor anyway so most of the birds we saw were around the apartment or drifting over, even on trips out there were no small birds around.

Seen everyday outside apartment but very furtive, common around the Island of Corfu Sept 2009

RAVEN

The only one seen, drifted high north over apartment. Greece

We picked up a couple of these stunning beast from the roads and put them back in the trees, this one was on our balcony.

Odd ones seen most days in the walls.
