ASIAN KOEL
Very common in Goa, all these are females which are much harder to see, males are everywere
CRESTED SERPENT EAGLE
What a stunning bird, sat in a tree up the valley side in Arpora Woods, against the sun as well so really pleased with these images, two birds seen throughout the three weeks in Arpora Woods. Goa India April 2015
WHITE BELLIED SEA EAGLE
Came really low over the hotel, i was laid at the pool, the camera in my room, top floor, out of breath by the time i ran up the stairs and got into the room. Goa April 2015.
GREY HEADED SWAMPHEN
Very common on Carambolin Lake and Bhatim Lake, one of the proposed splits, Indian Swamphen, Grey Headed Swamphen or even Asian Purple Gallinule.
INTERMEDIATE EGRET
Top picture with a Little Egret, middle two with Asian Great White Egret on Marinha Dourada's lake.
