PYGMY CORMORANT

Poda protected area, a stunning little reserve with an observation tower, at the right time of year thousands of migrants poor over this area being filtered along the coast as they come down the Black Sea, the couple of hours we spent there produced hundreds of Storks and Pelicans as well as 35 Honey Buzzards with 19 in one flock circling low over the reserve.
