 Tujereng The Gambia, a common bird in this area, we saw at least 10 different birds, its strange to see Kingfishers  in a dry srcubby habitat, 16th March 2007

INDIAN PITTA

 We were sat watching a couple of Indian Ladies cutting firewood when this stunner ran out from the bush they were hacking at, it saw us and ran back, Arpora Woods Goa March 19th 2011

SAVANNA NIGHTJAR

 This bird is sat over two young at side of footpath, Goa India 18th March 2011. We first found her sitting on the 12th March late afternoon it flew up from side of track we were inch's from walking on it in all three birds were found on ground two still had eggs.
